NAVSR operates out of Warkworth Vets' Veterinary Hospital, a modern, purpose-built animal hospital on Hudson Road, Warkworth.

Boet Vermeulen is a vastly experienced veterinary surgeon who shares his time amongst several of the premier veterinary facilities in the Auckland, Northland and central north island region. Boet soon realised his passion for surgery would never be satisfied with general practice, so he focused on developing his surgical skills and now offers an exclusively surgical referral service.

NAVSR Veterinary Surgeon | Boet Vermeulen
Boet Vermeulen is the principal surgeon of NAVSR. He is a Massey University graduate and full-time surgeon with a special interest in orthopaedic surgery, including fracture repair, TPLO and TTA cruciate ligament repair techniques. Boet has a vast array of modern surgical equipment which when coupled with the most modern veterinary facility in the Auckland region will help him to achieve the best possible outcome for your injured pet. Boet is not a diploma registered specialist surgeon. His very busy caseload and family life mean that he lacks the time to jump through the hoops that lead to full specialist registration. His very busy caseload is, however, testament to his surgical skill and success rate.
